Flashing LCD display

The brightest white parts of the LCD display flash white and black on still playback, this also happens when played through the HDMI, anyone else have this?

In answer to my own question (I guess not many people use this forum, but just in case it is of use to someone) this is deliberate is this particular display mode, to show the over-exposed areas. Other display mode don't do it.
